2018 - Redshirted

2017 Outdoor: Registered a personal best time of 13.76 for third place at the MIAA Championships, while taking fifth in the 4x100 relay with her teammates (47.64) … won the 100-meter hurdle at the two events (SBU invite & Mo S&T Dewey Allgood Invite) and took first with the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams at separate events over the course of the outdoor season … recorded a personal-best 1:05.96 time for fifth at the 9^th annual David Suenram Gorilla Classic. Indoor: Recorded a third-place finish in the 60 meter hurdles out of 19 total participants, while clocking her personal best of 8.63 at the MIAA Championships … added a fifth place mark in the 200 meter (25.41) and a seventh place mark as part of the 4x400 (4:01.44) … reached second place in the 200 meters at the MSSU Lion Invitational with a time of 25.46 … captured three first-place finishes in the 60 meter hurdles, including one in the second event of her collegiate career at the MSSU Southern Invitational out of 65 competitors from the start. 

Prior to Southern -  Smith transfers to Southern from the University of Nebraska. 
2016 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Finished 23rd in the 60m hurdles at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 8.85...set a personal best in the event of 8.62 to win the Pittsburg State Gorilla Classic.
Outdoor: Ran a wind-aided personal best of 13.88 in the 100m hurdles at the Kansas Relays...ran a wind-legal 14.23 at the Husker Spring Invitational to finish fourth.
2015 (Freshman)
Indoor: Competed in seven meets including the Big Ten Indoor Championships...set season bests in the 60m hurdles (8.70), 200m (25.69) and 400m (58.89)...finished 23rd at the Big Ten meet in the 60m hurdles (8.75)...won the 60m hurdles title and 4x400 relay title at the Holiday Inn Invitational.
Outdoor: Participated in six meets during the outdoor campaign...set season bests in the 100m hurdles (14.04) and 400m hurdles (1:02.84)...set a school record in the shuttle hurdle relay at the Drake Relays (54.86).

Before Nebraska (Raymore-Peculiar)
Joined the Huskers from Raymore-Peculiar High School in Peculiar, Mo...recorded prep bests of 14.82 in the 100m hurdles and 43.24 in the 300m hurdles...posted top times of 13.05 in the 100 meters and 25.89 in the 200 meters, as well as 43.34 in the 300 meters and 58.99 in the 400 meters...placed second in the 100 meters at the MSHSAA Class 4 State Championships and also finished second in the 300 meters at the state meet as a senior...won her district and sectional meets in the 100m hurdles and 300m hurdles.
