Prior to Southern - Haltom comes to Southern after a four-year standout career at Broken Arrow High School where he ran for coach Clay Mayes ... A four-year letter winner in cross country and track, Haltom was a three-time All-State selection, winning the award in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
