As a junior: Gave MSSU a legitmate Ace. The powerful lefty finished the season 9-3 with a miniscule 2.70 ERA. Fanned 74 batters on the season and had three complete games on the year. Was named First Team All-MIAA, All-Region at the end of last season. Comes into 2010 as a preseason All-American.

In junior college: Played last season for Labette Community College prior to transferring to MSSU.

In high school: Started three seasons on the mound and the outfield for the Parsons Vikings ... was a two time all-conference pick ... also lettered in basketball and football.
