Lions golf in 15th after day one at Northeastern State Golf Classic

Talequah, Okla. -- The Missouri Southern golf team is in 15th place after day one of the 2012 Northeastern State Golf Classic. 

Southern shot 326 as a team, led by both Andy Hogenmiller and Andrew Maier who shot 79 in round one to finish the round tied for 49th. Ben Starkey shot an 83, while Ryan Buerk and Gill Williams both shot an 85.

The Lions will be back in action tomorrow with the final round of the classic.
