In High School: Lowe helped head his track team to back-to-back district championships in 2006 and 07, as well as a district title in football in 2005 and 2007. He holds the WPHS school record for the 110 meter high hurdles (14.82) as well as being a member of the school record holding 4x100m relay team (43.31).

Personal: The son of Greg and Anita Lowe, John plans to major in Biology at Southern.
