Sophomore Nick Niggemann had the top Lions time of the night with an 11th place showing in 21:28.9. Freshman Jacob Benton was 13th, just 21 seconds behind. Sophomore Sam Pogue was 15th, while a pair of freshman Alex Mason and Michael Weiss were 16-17 with sophomore Andrew Webb placing 18th.
The Lions will be back in action on September 10 at the Central Missouri Mule Run.
