In 2014: Harding earned All-MIAA honorable mention honors at utility/non-pitcher after appearing in 33 games for the Lions as a sophomore making 21 games at four different positions...Started six games at second base and designated player, five at third base and four at shortstop, Harding hit .279 from the dish collecting 19 hits in 68 at-bats with six doubles scoring nine runs and driving in nine... Played in 16 MIAA games, collecting 10 hits with four doubles, scored five runs and drove in three...Helped the Lions upset #7 Emporia State at home on April 5, going 2-for-3 with a run and an RBI...Also notched two-hit games at Rogers State and against Concordia St.-Paul at the Missouri Western Softball Tournament...Named to MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2013: Appearing in 33 games for the Lions as a freshman, including 18 starts at second base and catcher, Harding recorded 12 hits on the year scoring 12 runs while driving in four. Scored a season-high two runs against Oklahoma City while driving in a season-high two runs in a 3-2 win in 10 innings at Lindenwood. Threw out a baserunner against Southwest Baptist. 

In High School: Started last year for the Lady Bulldogs of Galena High School and Coach Stephanie Simpson (a former athlete of Coach Gray's)...In their first year of stats Rachel had set just about every school record for GHS.  She had 74 At Bats, 14 runs, 36 hits, 16 doubles, and 25 RBIs with a .486 average.  

Personal: Majoring in nursing at Southern...daughter of Bill and Jennifer Harding.
