In 2011-12: Erin earned thrid team All-MIAA honors for Southern while starting in all 26 games...Rice scored in double figures for 23 out of the 26 contests and recorded three double-doubles at Nebraska-Kearney (Nov. 14), against Northwest Missouri (Jan. 18), and against Pittsburg State (Feb. 8)...she had season highs in assists with three against Northwest Missouri and in steals with five at Missouri Western (Dec. 7)...Erin went perfect from the free throw line four times on the season, opening the year 8-for-8 against Harding (Nov. 11)...her season high mark in three pointers came against Washburn (Feb. 15) as she connected for four from downtown while equalling her season high in total field goals made with 10 (also at Southwest Baptist on Jan. 28).
In 2010-11: Erin had a career-best year for the Green & Gold, rewriting all her career-highs while starting 22 of the 27 games she played…she scored in double figures 17 out of the 27 games she played and recorded two double-doubles…Rice set a career-high for points three times early in the season before scoring 30 points off the bench in a 75-71 home loss to the Washburn Lady Blues…in that game Erin also set a career mark for field goals with 12…Rice went a perfect 7-for-7 twice on the year for a career mark in free throws against Central Missouri on Dec. 4 and at Lincoln on Feb. 3…she would also set a career mark in rebounds with 13 at Nebraska Omaha on Jan. 15…on that day she would also record her first double-double with 15 points as well…Erin connected for five baskets from downtown against Missouri Western on Dec. 8…in the regular season finale win over #18 Northwest Missouri Rice set a career mark for steals with four…and her final career mark was tied with five assists against the Jennies on Dec. 4.
In 2009-10: as a true freshman played in all 28 games for the Lions…playing a season high 33 minutes at home against Northwest Missouri…Rice lead the team in scoring once, at Southwest Baptist (13 points), and rebounding three times, vs. Evangel (9), at Pittsburg State (6), and vs. Northwest Missouri (7)…also blocked a career high three shots at home against Pittsburg State…finished fourth on the team in rebounds for the season with 106 (3.8 per game).
In High School: Scored 15.0 ppg as a junior and has averaged 13.6 ppg for her career ... is a three-time all-conference and two-time all-district performer ... was named to the Sedalia Democrat's All-Area team last season and was also named to the KMZU Dream Team ... has scored over 1,000 points in her career ... also competed in volleyball for her father and helped the squad to the State Final Four ... was a two-time all-state and all-district pick and also helped her team to three consecutive district championships.
