2013 - Appearing in all 16 games as a midfielder for the Lions as a sophomore, Gajewski made 11 starts on the year ranking fifth on the club in shots with 15...Recorded the Lions lone goal in a 3-1 defeat at Southwest Baptist...Tied for sixth on the team in shots on goal with seven for a .467 shot-on-goal percentage...Registered a season-high four shots in a 2-0 win at East Central.

2012 - Appearing in nine games as a midfielder for the Lions as a freshman, Gajewski recorded one shot on the year against Quincy. 

Prior to Southern - Was a four year starter at midfielder for Coach Jack Baldwin and the Jaguars of Ft. Zumwalt West High School.  While at FZWHS she earned Academic All-Conference honors all four years and was a part of three GAC South Conference Championships on the pitch. 

Club Soccer - She was a part of the 2010 and 2009 Presidents Cup Regional II Championships, while helping St. Louis Scott Gallagher to a 2009 second place finish in the Missouri State Cup.  She also participated in the 2009 US Youth Soccer National Championships in Lancaster, Massachusetts. 

Personal - She is the daughter of Greg and Gina Gajewski and has one brother Ryan, who graduated from University of Missouri in 2011.  Kayla is undecided on her major here at Missouri Southern.
