Women's Cross Country finishes 8th at Oklahoma State Jamboree
Stillwater, Okla. -- The Missouri Southern women's cross country team placed eighth today at the Oklahoma State University Jamboree in Stillwater.
The Lions, competing in the upper-level university division, were the fourth-highest finishing Division II team in the competition.
Rachel Schrader paced the Lions as the junior placed 28th overall, but was the fourth-highest finishing Division II athlete in the race. Sheran the course in a time of 18:55.44.
Kaitlyn Belisle placed 35th with a time of 19:01.78, while Lauren Baehr finished 53rd with a time of 19:40.87. Cassy Kendrick finished 65th in a time of 20:12.07, while Jet Hovis and Addie Mengwasser placed 73rd and 78th with times of 20:22.93 and 20:36.18, respectively.
The Lions will be back in action next weekend, competing at Missouri S&T.
