Jeff Boschee is in his third season as an assistant coach at Missouri Southern and works primarily with the guards.
Since Boshee has arrived at Southern, the Lions have went 48-13, made two consecutive MIAA and NCAA Division II postseason tournaments, while claiming the 2010-11 MIAA regular season championship. That team set the MIAA record for conference wins in a season with 19.
Under Boschee's tuteledge, former Lion Skyler Bowlin was the MIAA's Player and Defender of the Year in 2011. He was a first-team All-MIAA, All-Region and All-American selection, being named to three different All-America teams. He was also the Region Player of the Year and a finalist for the National Player of the Year. Bowlin signed a professional contract to play basketball in the German Pro League after completing his eligibility.
Boschee had spent the previous three seasons at Barstow where in 2010 his team went 22-4. He had multiple players named All-Conference and All-District and helped guide two of his players to college scholarships this past season.
He was the Big 12 Freshman of the Year in 1999-2000 and was a third team All-Big 12 pick his senior season. He helped lead the Jayhawks to a Final Four appearance in 2002 and until two seasons ago, held the conference record for three pointers made in a career with 338. He holds the Kansas record for three's made in a career and is second all-time in games started.
After graduating from KU with a Bachelors degree in Sports Management, Boschee played professionally in the USBL, ABA and Europe.
He and his wife, the former Jamie Simpson, have a daughter, Mary Rose.
